This applies whether you're using the latest TeXShop on Tiger or Leopard. If you were using the input manager in other programs, edit ~/Library/Preferences/.plist to remove TeXShop from the list of applications. If you were only using the input manager for TeXShop, throw the input manager away and forget that it ever existed. The new option in TeXShop completely replaces the input manager hack.
